The Commuter
A clay rendering of a van variant of the FC-150. This may have been the basis for the Commuter as well as the FC-170 based M-678 and M-679.
Here is a left side view of the 6 door Forward Control Commuter. Three Prototypes were built by Reutter of Stuttgart, West Germany. I am curious to know if any or all of these prototypes still exist!
"Brooks Stevens intended this first-ever four-wheel-drive van to be used as a commuter vehicle, providing six doors for easy access to its nine passengers."*
