As most of ya'll know Jesse (Ybarra) was here for 5 days. On the fourth day of playing tourist Jesse was begging to work on my 677. His wife Andrea said ok so off to the auto parts store we went. (he had already surveyed truck on first day he was here) Twenty minutes after he got there he had the motor running. He told me the whole wiring harness was shot but don't worry I can fix it. I went to deliver dump truck for its service and state inspection, when I returned Jesse had the whole dash out and was steady ripping out the wiring harness.( I mean all of it! ) I said we gotta go now to take your wife and my kids to the beach for the day as planned. Jesse says "dude this is most excellent leave me here and come back at the end of the day!" One quick call to his wife for the "ok " and off I went to pick them up. We returned home around 5pm and I returned to farm to get Jesse who was cleaning up with a BIG SMILE. He said all the lights work with a new switch and charging system is straight and it key starts with new ignition switch. All you need to do is hook up your mechanical gauges. All new wiring on that truck under the dash and in the engine compartment!! He also flushed the fuel tank and put fresh gas and filter hooked up to the carb. Oh yeah he took the radiator out to and it was dropped off at the shop to get a new core. The truck now starts with just a turn of the key. I will have the radiator back on Tuesday and hope to get it in right off. I know I missed a few things he did but you get the picture right? Mark
