Truck was built by the Prairie Township Fire Department near Kansas City, Missouri. It served them well for several years before being sent to another department at a State Park. It was then donated to the Deepwater Fire Department in Missouri. The truck is now privately owned and is undergoing restoration. The truck has all original equipment with less than 10,000 miles.
